A charity which helps people suffering from bowel disease celebrated its 30th birthday.
The Hemel Hempstead and Watford Group of the National Association of Colitis and Crohn's Disease (NACC) held a celebration on Saturday (October 31).

Talks were given by Dr Rakesh Chaudhary, consultant gastroenerologist at West Herts Hospitals Trust, and Heather Baumohl, director of member involvement.

The NACC provides regular newsletters while working to ensure patients who have the disease for life receive an improved quality of services.
To join the group, call 0845 434 8502 or email hw.n@hotmail.co.uk.
