Developers set to fund part of new cycle path

CYCLISTS could be in for a much safer ride if £100,000 plans for a new cycle path get the go-ahead.

Castlemead developer Taylor Wimpey has agreed to give £100,000 towards the project, which would see a cycle route along Northfield Road from Pitstone to Tring Station.

The route has been described as unsafe for pedestrians and cyclists.
