Martial arts instructor dies

Tring Martial Arts has been closed this week after one of the club’s instructors passed away.

The news of Henry Nash’s death has come as a shock to members of the Tring community.

The young man, who was a 1st Dan black belt and instructed in krav manga and kick boxing, worked as an account executive at Grass Roots in the town.

He also worked at FW Metcalf and Sons hardware store in the High Street and volunteered at The Court Theatre.
