Tring Park Society
The society held its bi-annual reunion at the Tring Park School for the Performing Arts formerly known as the Arts Ed.
The society was established just over five years ago to act as a link between the school and past pupils, parents, former teachers and just friends of the school.
More than 130 people attended the Open Day at the school on Sunday May, 10 including past pupils some of whom attended the original establishment when it was based in Leicester in 1943.
There were also girls who were at Tring in the early 1940s plus many others who were at Tring Park throughout the 1960s and 1970s.
The oldest past pupil was 93, she was so excited to walk around her original dorm with the longest serving teacher who recently celebrated her 80th birthday.
After the fantastic performances of dance, song and acting from students, the chairman of the Society Andrew Newland presented a cheque to the Principal of the school, Stefan Anderson for 3,000 for their bursary fund.
