A target to reach 75 per cent of patients within eight minutes has been met.

Crews from the East of England Ambulance Service reached 76.9 per cent of the most urgent calls within eight minutes over the last month, the best result since April.

A target has also been set to reach 95 per cent of urgent patients within 19 minutes of a call being made, which was narrowly missed in September by just 0.2 per cent.
