Bin fire yobs strike in Warners End
FIRE crews doused a bin fire at Stoneycroft shops in Hemel Hempstead last night – only to be called back to another two blazes in the same spot half an hour later.
Yobs are thought to be behind the series of blazes, which follows another in the same place on February 8.
Watch commander Paul Redhead said: “We’ve had someone set light to wheelie bins around Stoneycroft shops.
“One was torched last Wednesday. They did another last night. Within minutes of us leaving they lit another two.”
Warners End shops have been plagued by yobs in the past.
