The construction of 357 new homes for Hemel Hempstead is due to get underway next month.

Initial ground works are taking place this week at the Spencer’s Park site off Three Cherry Trees Lane, with construction workers due to move onto the site towards the end of August.

The development, on land owned by the Crown Estate and The Homes and Communities Agency, was given planning permission in February last year and is being delivered by Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes.
