FROM coffee to beers, the former owner of a popular rail station cafe has sold up to follow her dream of running a pub.

Former owner of the Puccinos cafe at Hemel Hempstead rail station Catherine Brown has will join forces with her husband Pete in running the Black Horse pub in Tring.

The couple have bought a lease from pub company Punch Taverns, which has invested £200,000 in a refurbishment that will see the establishment on Frogmore Street transformed from a traditional inn to a modern family pub.

It will open in the second week of October.
