ONE of Dacorum’s most high profile events of the year is seeking sponsors.
The Connect Dacorum/Dacorum Community Trust’s Christmas Lunch wants to find three main sponsors to offer £1,000 each.
Alternately, organisers of the event at Shendish Manor Hotel on Friday December 2 will take £500 from each sponsor.
In return sponsors will get complimentary tickets and logos displayed on presentations and other publicity, dependent on the package taken.
The Christmas Lunch treats guests to a three course meal, a chance to network and see their peers receive Certificates of Appreciation signed by the Mayor of Dacorum and presented by local MPs Mike Penning and David Gauke.
Connect Dacorum is a partnership between the business, public and voluntary sectors that actively participates in creating a better quality of life for all in the Dacorum and surrounding area.
The Christmas Lunch is attended by scores of business leaders from around the borough. But it also organises networking and fund-raising events throuhhout the year to help companies fulfil their corporate social responsibility objectives.
One recent new member was Ian Brown, MD of The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead. Connect Dacorum’s June Networking Lunch was held at The Snow Centre. Nearly 70 people attended.
