Major music supplier opens Hemel HQ

A music business that supplies instruments to Selfridges has revealed plans to open its HQ in Hemel Hempstead.

Hooters Musical Instruments currently operates stores in Watford, St Albans and Windsor, as well as supplying London department store Selfridges and a giant HMV in Cardiff.

It stocks a range of musical instruments and sheet music and is the main dealer for many guitar and amp companies, including giants Marshall, Fender and Yamaha.

Hooters bosses took over a lease for a new retail unit and distribution centre at Maylands business park in November and will be open for business in the new year.
