Meet food expert Audrey Deane

Audrey Deane has 12 years experience in the food industry working in food development, buying and marketing roles at both Tesco and Sainsbury's.

She has specialist knowledge of food ingredients and recipe development.

Audrey describes herself as a 'foodie' and has a great passion for cooking food and searching out new recipes to try on her family.

The mum of two, who lives in Park Road, Tring, recently launched a cookbook called The Top 100 Omega 3 Recipes with friend Penny Doyle, who is a registered dietician.
