A nutrition expert who is backing this year’s Hospice Of St Francis Biggest Loser fundraiser says she is delighted to be involved with the project for the second year running.
Alyson Carter of Nutrition 4 Life will give advice on diet and create a personalised healthy eating plan for each fundraiser, and be there every step of the way to support and encourage them to achieve their goals.
She said: “Being involved in the Biggest Loser Campaign was one of my most memorable experiences last year.
“The difference healthy eating and exercise made to last year’s participants in terms of their confidence, self- esteem as well as general health was amazing and I am very keen to be part or it again this year, to help even more people achieve their goals and also, of course, to support the incredible work of the Hospice of St Francis.”
