People of Dacorum been paying their respects to Billy Dove on the first anniversary of his death.
Billy was murdered in Market Square, Hemel Hempstead, in the early hours of November 6 last year, and tributes have been pouring in for the popular young man.
Flowers have been laid at a tree in the town centre in the 21-year-old’s memory, while an ever-growing number of messages have been posted on Twitter.
Billy’s dad Paul said: “Knowing my Billy, if there is place such as Heaven, he will be up there being the Billy we all know and love so much.
“My family and I would like to thank the wonderful people of Hemel Hempstead for their ongoing support and the love they’re showing my son.
“You’re doing Billy proud, thank you all – from the bottom of our hearts.”
