TWO teenagers charged with the murder of a 21-year-old man in Hemel Hempstead on Sunday, November 6, appeared before St Albans Crown Court today.
The family of murdered Billy Dove, from Hemel Hempstead, sat in the public gallery as judge Michael Bacon QC went through the preliminary proceedings.
The 17-year-old defendants were represented by Andrea Scott-Lynch and Charles Langley, who made no request for bail.
Judge Michael Bacon QC set a court date for Monday, February 6, when the defendants will make their pleas.
They were remanded in custody.
