Doctors dabble in dresses

FOUR male doctors will don their Sunday best and dress in drag for the Dame for a Laugh challengethis weekend.

The 2.5-mile walk begins at Camelot Rugby Club in Chaulden Lane, Hemel Hempstead, at 2pm on Sunday.

The men-in-drag-only event, which costs £15 to enter, will raise cash for The Hospice of St Francis in Northchurch.

St Albans GP Bruce Covell, orthopaedic surgeons Neil Davies, from Frithsden, and Peter Dyson, from Berkhamsted, all pictured, are among the latest to enter.

Neil said: “We are walking to support a fantastic charity that gives the most amazing care when it is most needed.”
