Family’s tributes to ‘lovable rogue’

A FAMILY has paid tribute to a ‘lovable rogue’ who spent most of his life in Tring.

Robert Francois, who lived in Rosebery Way during his childhood, died aged just 40 in Watford General Hospital on Sunday, February 27.

He had been living rough since a spell in prison and was found unconscious on a bench in Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, days before his death.

His family thanked police officer Duncan Prior for resuscitating Robert at the scene on February 23, which gave them precious last moments in hospital with him.
