A man hid in bushes before exposing himself to two teenage girls who were walking towards Hemel Hempstead’s Aquasplash.

The Cockney-sounding flasher, who said ‘excuse me’ to the frightened pair, carried out his dirty deed in St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on Thursday, August 22 at around 1.20pm. The girls fled towards Jarman Park.

But police have only just released details about the crook in a bid to track him down.

He is described as a white man, with a light tan, around 5ft 9in tall, of average build, with light brown hair that had a few curls and aged in his mid to late 40s. He was wearing glasses and at the time of the offence was wearing a black short sleeved T-shirt with a round neck and slightly dark coloured jeans.
