A Tring-based vehicle leasing company has been chosen as official vehicle supplier for groundsmen at MK Dons’ football ground.

Greenfleets in Icknield Way is providing a Nissan Navarra Double Cab Pick-up for three years free of charge, enabling head groundsman Joe Aylett and his team to do their job more efficiently at both the stadiumMK and the nearby training ground in Bletchley.

In return, Greenfleets will be advertised in the match day programmes as well as having a 16-metre-long advertising board at the grounds.

Greenfleets owner Stephen Greenstreet said: “We’re proud to be associated with MK Dons – like us they are a forward-thinking company with a very positive attitude and well-defined goals.

“If you’ve not visited the stadium for either a match or just socially, I strongly recommend doing so as the whole package is excellent and leaves you feeling good about the club and that is coming from a Spurs fan! We are looking forward to

working with MK Dons over the next three years and hope this is the start of a long business relationship.”

MK Dons’ head of partnerships James Parkinson said: “We’re delighted that Greenfleets have chosen to support MK Dons, and particularly Joe and his team who do a crucial job here at the ground.”
