The annual meeting of the Dacorum Patients Group will be held at 7.30pm on Tuesday night in the education centre at Hemel Hempstead Hospital’s Verulam Wing.
The main speaker will be Nicola Bell from Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning, talking about plans being put together in the wake of the latest shake-up in NHS organisation, which sees GPs taking on more responsibility through the formation of clinical commissioning groups.
All are welcome to come and find out more about the blueprint for services in Dacorum.
A spokesman for the group said: “We are an independent and voluntary group of local residents working to ensure patients have a truly independent voice.
“The group works to encourage ordinary people to make their views and concerns heard regarding health care.

The education centre at Hemel Hempstead Hospital has a separate entrance between the lower entrance to Verulam Wing and the children’s outpatients department.
Parking will be available inthe staff car park next to childrens’ outpatients, but please put a sign in your car window indicating that you are that attending Dacorum Patients Group meeting.
