A restaurant that offers dining from ‘breakfast to bedtime’ is coming to Berkhamsted.
The fast growing Bill’s Restaurants chain is advertising for staff to work at a new eatery in the town.
Vacancies for a general manager, assistant general manager, assistant manager, head chef and sous chef have been advertised on the company’s website.
A spokesman for the restaurant said: “It hasn’t been 100 per cent confirmed when exactly we are going to be opening.”
He said more information will be released once a firm launch date has been set.
Bill’s Restaurants is the fastest growing hospitality group in the UK and will be opening a further 20 or more restaurants throughout the country during 2014.
First opening in Lewes in 2001, Bill’s was originally called Bill’s Produce Store and Cafe.
It was run by Bill Collison, who hired Andy Pellegrino, an experienced Michelin star chef, to use the store’s produce to create fresh dishes.
A second branch opened in Brighton back in 2005 and during 2013 Bill’s expanded from 14 to 30 sites.
