A pair of looming mad cousins put their entrepreneurial skills to the test by selling handmade jewellery to passers-by.

Hannah Bugg, 10, of Park Road, Hemel Hempstead, and her eight-year-old cousin Sam Mahoney-Doyle, visiting from Dublin, held a loom band sale to raise money for charity.

Within just one hour of selling the jewellery creations outside Hannah’s home, the pair had raised £18 for Cancer Research UK – and even persuaded the postman to donate some cash!

Loom bands are a children’s craze which involves looping together brightly-coloured elastic bands to make bracelets and figures.
