Michael Ashley Allington, 26, Chapel Way, Bedmond. Damaged the front door of a woman in Bedmond on June 6. Fined £135, £50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew John Savva, 38, Martian Avenue, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one wrap of heroin in Watford on June 8. Fined £90, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jordan Luke Theophile, 21, Middle Hill, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of one small rock of cocaine and one small bag of cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on May 31, and failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court on June 16. Six months conditional discharge and fined a total of £350, £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Liam Head, 18, Rowcroft, Hemel Hempstead. Breached a police direction to leave an area and not return for 48 hours in Watford on June 7. 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Daniel Hobbs, 26, Belswains Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Assaulted a man by beating in Hemel Hempstead on March 30. Jailed for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay £80 compensation, £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamal Babb, 27, Chambersbury Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Owning a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place and injured a woman on May 13 in Hemel Hempstead. Dog to be neutered and kept on a lead at all times in a public place, or otherwise destroyed, fined £110, £200 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Kristian Louis De Portugal, 35, Jupiter Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Damaged a patio door belonging to a housing association in Hemel Hempstead on April 2. 12 months conditional discharg and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jamie George, 29, Alexandra Road, Kings Langley. Assaulted a woman by beating in Watford on March 8. Jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, community order including five days drinkwise programme and 60 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Phillip Long, 22, Chaulden Lane, Hemel Hempstead. Used threating, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards two police officers in Hemel Hempstead on March 15, assaulted a police officer and used threatening words or behaviour towards a man in Markyate on April 12, resisted a police officer in Hemel Hempstead on May 1, and damaged property to the value of £8 belonging to man and used racially aggravated words or behaviour towards the man and a police officer in Hemel Hempstead on May 17. Also damaged a glass panel belonging to London Midland in Northampton on March 28. Jailed for a total of 20 weeks suspended for 18 months, community order including 30 days general offending behaviour programme and ordered to pay total compensation of £406.94.
