Used a stolen Barclaycard to make fraudulent internet transactions and cash withdrawals to gain £784.73 in cash and goods between December 31 and January 27 in Hemel Hempstead, possession of small bag of cannabis in Hemel Hempstead on June 12 and failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court on June 26. Fined £50, £784.83 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and must complete 100 hours of unpaid work in next 12 months.

Robert Wayne Ramage, 42, Wyck Road, Wigginton. Damaged a perimeter wall belonging to Tesco and threatening behaviour in Tring on February 23, then failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates Court on March 10 and June 10. Sent to prison for 12 weeks because he was wielding an axe in a public place and sitting in the shop striking the axe against the wall.

Robert James Duncombe, 25, Verney Close, Berkhamsted. Driving without insurance while disqualified in Durrants Road, Berkhamsted, on May 25. Must attend supervision appointments and complete 120 hours for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.

Kimberly Griffiths, 32, Hilltop Road, Berkhamsted. Stole cosmetics worth £71.93 from Tesco in Hemel Hempstead on May 27. Must have six months of treatment for drug dependency, banned from going into Tesco in Jarman Park, Hemel Hempstead, for nine months, nine months of supervision appointments, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

Stephen Jeffrey D Halls, 36, Kendale, Hemel Hempstead. Driving at 36mph in a 30mph limit in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on December 19. Fined £125, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Malcolm Hutchins, 30, Park Road, Hemel Hempstead. Drove through a red light near Junction 8 of the M1 in Hemel Hempstead on December 19. Fined £300, £85 costs, £30 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Robert John Kellett, 54, Woolmer Drive, Hemel Hempstead. Speeding on the A414 St Albans Road in Hemel Hempstead on December 23. Fined £200, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Emma Louise Reilly, 26, Riverside Close, Kings Langley. Driving at 37mph in a 30mph limit in Park Street, St Albans on December 23. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge and three points on licence.

Robert Leonard Thompson, 63, Wharfedale, Hemel Hempstead. Drink driving without a licence with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Hempstead Road, Watford, on June 19. Limit is 35. Fined £240, £85 costs, £20 victim surcharge and banned from driving for 40 months - to be reduced by 40 weeks if course is completed by November 28, 2016.

Mohammed Razwan, 24, Candlefield Walk, Hemel Hempstead. Possession of herbal cannabis in Hempstead Road, Kings Langley, on March 8. Conditional discharge for eight months, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Tara Dell, 36, Cattsdell, Hemel Hempstead. Used a colour TV without a licence at home on January 2. Fined £37, £120 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Amy Grantham, 26, Tedder Road, Hemel Hempstead. Used a colour TV without a licence at home on January 2. Fined £37, £120 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Kim Sheilagh Jobbins, 46, Tintagel Close, Hemel Hempstead. Used a colour TV without a licence between December 2 and January 3. Fined £85, £120 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Kayleigh Murphy, 23, Barn Close, Hemel Hempstead. Used a colour TV without a licence at home on April 1. Fined £37, £120 costs and £20 victim surcharge.
