A woman, aged in her 70s, is in a critical condition after being hit by a motorbike yesterday.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to the accident, which happened in King Langley’s High Street just before 1pm.
The young rider of the black XT600 Tenere Yamaha motorcycle involved in the accident was taken to Watford General Hospital with serious injuries where he is now in a stable condition.
At the time of the incident police reported that neither casualties were thought to have been seriously injured but today the elderly woman pedestrian is critically ill at London’s St Mary’s Hospital.
