PUB regulars will be swapping the bar for bikes and fancy dress when they get in the saddle to raise funds for the Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice.

The annual bike ride, organised by the Robin Hood pub in Brook Street, Tring, is this Sunday but there’s still time to sign up and take part in the 22 mile event.

It will be the sixth time the pub has hosted the ride and so far it has raised more than £30,000. Entry forms are available in the pub or at  www.irhh.org/whatson
