School pupils have their works of art made into charity calendars by Berkhamsted estate agent Proffit & Holt

Youngsters from four schools have been drawing pictures of their favourite local buildings for a charity calendar competition.

Proffitt & Holt estate agents picked 36 winning drawings and have printed three different calendars, which are on sale for £4 at the firm’s Berkhamsted High Street offices.

The young winners from the town’s Westfield, Westbrook Hay and Victoria schools and St Mary’s School in Northchurch were presented with medals.

The money raised through sales will go to the Hospice of St Francis.

People can also purchase the calendars from Scoops ice cream parlour in High Street, Number Twenty and Mr Simms sweet shop - both in Lower Kings Road - and the Hospice of St Francis shop in Shootersway.
