Chiltern Open Gardens

Chiltern Open Gardens

NOW is the perfect time to take a peek at other people’s backyards as they open them up for the Chilterns Open Gardens in aid of Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice Care.

Mary Lynn Moxon, who lives at Cozy Corner, in Charles Street, and Guy and Elizabeth Moores, who live at Terriers End, will both be welcoming visitors on Sunday, July 8.

The Moores have a lovely garden surrounding their 17th century cottage while people who visit Mary’s garden will be able to see garden sculptures by local artist Dominic Norris.

There will be another eight gardens on display in Wigginton on Sunday, July 22.

The people of the village will be creating a festive atmosphere at the Village Hall where tickets for entry into the gardens, maps and refreshments will be available.
