The Paralympic Torch will make its way through Tring, Berkhamsted and Bourne End tonight (Tuesday) on its way to the Games in London.

As the flame passes through Dacorum it will appear in Aylesbury Road in Tring at 11.10pm, travelling along from the junction with Donkey Lane before continuing along High Street and departing the town at the junction with Brook Street at 11.27pm.

The torch will then arrive in Berkhamsted at 11.33pm, passing along High Street from the junction with The Meads to Hall Park Hill, where it will leave at 12.16am.

It will then pass along London Road in Bourne End from Bourne End Lane at 12.18am to the junction with Pouchen End Lane where it will depart at 12.26am on its way to the Olympic Stadium in London.

Crowds are expected despite the late arrival times to welcome the torch on its way from Stoke Mandeville, the birthplace of the Paralympic games, and Gazette reporters will also be roaming out and about to cover the unique event.
