A bridal make-up artist swapped weddings for a celebrity shoot when she worked on a shopping centre campaign starring The Only Way Is Essex’s Lauren Pope.

The TOWIE model had to pretend to be a mannequin so Vicky Brown from Berkhamsted was drafted in to help create the final look.

She said: “I had to make a human look like a mannequin so I focused on harsh contouring so that Lauren’s face looked chiselled.

“She was absolutely lovely and said that she enjoyed doing something a bit different.”

Vicky worked with a team at Lakeside Shopping Centre until 1am to make sure the model looked perfect throughout the shoot.

The pictures featured in the centre’s fashion show on October 5 and were also picked up by celebrity weeklies New, Reveal and OK!

Vicky said: “It was really exciting that the magazine picked up the story.

“I was booked after seeing an update on Facebook saying they were looking for a make-up artist. It sounded like a good project to do and a nice change from doing weddings.”
