The owner of a nursery says people using the building next-door are clogging up his car park.
Owner of Heirs and Graces Day Nursery Keith Baker says they use it before going to the Temperance Hall in Christchurch Road, which is owned by Tring Town Council.
Speaking at its annual town meeting on Monday, he said: “Have you got any plans to provide car parking for your own hall?”
Councillors responded that the building provides a home to a ‘much-needed’ youth club that is based there on Friday afternoons and evenings.
Councillor Penny Hearn said everyone who hires the hall is told not to use his car park.
But she said: “We are going to have to do a lot better and I do apologise.”
