A student choir got a taste of the limelight this weekend when they performed for millions with pop star Nick Jonas.

Tring Park 16, made up of Sixth Form students from Tring Park School for the Performing Arts, had made it through to the live final of BBC One talent show Pitch Battle on Saturday.

The show pitches choirs from around the country against each other, and Tring Park 16 had made it through to the final after impressing guest judge Jonas in their audition.

And they were joined by the DNCE and Jonas Brothers star for their performance of his latest single 'Remember I Told You'.

Although they won praise from main judges Gareth Malone and Kelis, they lost out in the final to Leeds Contemporary Singers - though they can still be very proud of their efforts having made it so far.

Elizabeth Norriss, who is director of music at the school and helped arrange the performances, said it had been an 'amazing experience' for the students.
