ORGANISERS believe a church’s annual fun day could be its biggest ever after more than 3,000 visitors helped to raise more than £5,000 on Saturday.

Friends of Tring Church Heritage spokesman Bill Bradford said: “The final figures are not yet in but we think it is the fun day’s most successful year ever – the most sunshine, the biggest visitor numbers, the most abseiling teddy bears and the most funds raised.”
