Cooking comp joy for chef
A chef bagged a gold medal in a live cooking competition.
Chris Pinner, Commis Chef at Ashridge, took part in Hotelymia- one of Europe's largest live cooking competitions in London.
He was given 30 minutes to create a duck dish of his choice- he made a warm salad with smoked duck, fig pure, mulled wine-poached pears and walnut dressing, finished with pea shoots and duck scratching.
