Cut the cost of designer fabrics at special hospice event

Shoppers will be able to pick up designer fabric, curtains and wallpaper at a fraction of the cost during a special sale.

Sanderson and Zoffany has donated a huge amount of fabric, remnants, curtains and wallpaper to the hospice which will go on sale at its Berkhamsted Returned To Glory shop, with prices starting from as little as £5.

A special preview evening will be held on Thursday, March 7 from 5pm to 8pm at the Northbridge Road showroom. There will also be specially-made cushions in designer fabric by Nina Campbell, Osborne and Little and Romo, plus furniture, lighting and homeware.

Many of the sumptuous samples, which will be on sale for seven days in the shop, have been used by designers at exhibitions to showcase what they have to offer. Hospice shop manager and interior designer Francesca Alden said: “To them it is just waste they have got to get rid of, to us it is gold.”
