Easter egg hunt

Families are being egged on to join an Easter hunt to raise money for a day care centre.

Renaissance – the Aylesbury-based centre – is encouraging people to take part in the event on Monday, April 4.

Participants will start and finish their search for eggs at The Robin Hood pub, on Tring High Street, and will complete a 1.5-mile walk around the town.

Renaissance manager Kim Challinor said: "As well as being lots of fun, the money raised from the Easter egg hunt will be invaluable for providing training and activities at Renaissance."

Fifty per cent of all proceeds will go to the centre, which aims to rehabilitate adults aged from 18 to 65 who have been affected by mental health problems.

The event costs 1 to enter and starts at 11am.
