Girl, 12, injured in Dagnall car crash

A GIRL of 12 has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a car smash in Dagnall.

The crash took place at 9.44am today on Leighton Buzzard Road and involved two cars.

Gary Sanderson, spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service, said: “A girl who we believe to be 12 years old was found in a serious condition and following treatment and stabilisation by the ambulance crews, she was taken by land ambulance to St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington for further care.”

A woman who was in the other car involved was also injured and she was taken to Luton and Dunstable Hospital.
