It’s the big shave-off as Movember comes to an end

Relieved men finally got to shave off their moustaches after 30 long days of itchiness in the name of charity.
Among those desperate to get in the barbers chair for a well-deserved traditional wet shave was Hemel Hempstead’s MP Mike Penning.
He joined a team of ‘mo-bros’ at the Marlowes Shopping Centre for the big shave-off with a cut-throat razor on Friday.
The 56-year-old described growing his tash as: “Probably one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had. Thank goodness it was for a good cause because I didn’t enjoy it very much.”
He has raised around £650 for male cancer charities through Movember and joined the Marlowes management and security team of six for the shave-off. They were Vince Williams, Mark Deacon, Tim Hoad, Mark Colleran, Scott Grimes and Wesley Bishop, who together have raised more than £3,000.
For the workers at Kings Langley’s Taylors Tools in Hempstead Road, it was their second year of embracing facial hair for good causes. And some have still not got around to picking up the razor.
The team of 13 - Bob Davies, Les Warren, Sav Gatta, Chris Smith, Nathan Sydney, James Davies, Ed Davies, Dennis Coster, Martin Woodhouse, Steve Rayment, Dan Williams, Tim Taylor and Lewis Martin - hope to raise around £1,200.
