Missing Paul is found

Police have found a 79-year-old man safe and well almost three weeks after he went missing.

Paul Kynoch, who lives at sheltered housing in Tring, was discovered in Cambridge.

He had last been seen in Tring’s High Street on Saturday, October 20.
