Pub gig for Adam Bailey
A popular tribute act that has performed around the country and Europe will put on a pub gig to raise funds for ski accident dad Adam Bailey.
Thousands of pounds has already been raised to support the Hemel Hempstead roofer through a series of events in the town.
The community sprung into action after 40-year-old Mr Bailey suffered
life-threatening injuries when he fell while skiing at high speed in France.
He was put into a coma by doctors in the hopes that blood on his brain would subside. The popular dad of two also needed heart surgery to repair a tear in his aorta and he has broken his back in two places.
Despite this Mr Bailey has beaten the odds and is now awake and
recovering so well that doctors have moved him out of the French hospital's intensive care unit.
VivaSantana, pictured, will perform at the Greenacres Tavern in Leys Road, Bennetts End, Hemel Hempstead on Friday, March 26. They will be supported by band Tail-Gator.
Tickets cost 5 and can be bought at the pub from this weekend or at the door on the night.
The cash raised will help to financially support the Bailey family while Adam recovers.
