Ross bags Bank holiday win

Aldbury run champion Ross Langley continued his rich vein of form at the Pednor 5.

The Tring Running Club man came home sixth in the five mile race in a time of 29.08 on Bank Holiday Monday.

Next home for the club was Greg O'Callaghan (16th) in 31.01.

Tervor Lark (26th, 32.29) and Nick Williams (32.39) were just 10 seconds apart and were not far ahead of John Manning (31st, 33.12) and Clive Cohen (34th, 33.31).

A bit further back were Nigel Kippax (56th, 36.28), Nick Pierpont (82nd, 41.25), John Shelton (105th, 50.05) and Geoff Roser (108th, 52.46).
