A TEENAGER who admitted murdering Billy Dove in Hemel Hempstead’s town centre last November is due to be sentenced today (Friday).

The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, changed his plea to guilty when he appeared at St Albans Crown Court in May.

Billy, 21, died from a stab wound in Marlowes in the early hours of Sunday, November 6, last year following trouble in nearby Market Square.

Co-defendant Charlie Samson, 18, of St Agnells Lane, Hemel Hempstead, will also be sentenced after pleading guilty to affray.

This morning Billy’s loved ones have been posting ‘JusticeforBilly’ on social networking sites Facebook and Twitter as they await today’s court case.
