Test your fitness and help children

FITNESS fans can go the extra mile by signing up to the ultimate endurance race – The Herts Charity Challenge Triathlon and Duathlon.

Official entries to the St Albans-based event open this week, with 350 places up for grabs and all money raised on the day going to the international good cause Hope and Homes for Children.

This year, to mark the event’s tenth anniversary, a new Duathlon course has been added alongside the triathlon circuit.

The events will take place on Sunday, October 14. Visit www.sprinttriathlon.org
