Children’s entertainer and artist Timmy Mallett was guest of honour at Kings Langley’s Christmas Lights Festival.

He did not disappoint crowds by bopping people – including mayor Bert Chapman and MP Mike Penning – on the head with his famous Mallett’s mallet. The star is showing his artwork at the village’s Montague’s Gallery.

Saturday’s festivities were put on by Community Action Dacorum and Kings Langley Parish Council.
