Village speeders 'all locals'
Police manning speed traps in Kings Langley say it is '100 per cent' locals who are being nabbed.
PC Nik Pringle told a meeting of Kings Langley Parish Council a recent speed gun operation netted around 40 motorists and they were all from the village.
"We've done it before and it has been 100 per cent Kings Langley residents," he said.
"We have stopped 30 to 40 people and it has been all Kings Langley residents."
