Shoppers will soon have another great store to enjoy as part of the retail mix at Hemel Hempstead’s Riverside Shopping Centre.

Danish jewellery brand Pandora will open its new Concept Store at the end of October, well timed and positioned for Christmas shopping.

The new addition to the Riverside family is famous for providing a treasure chest of beautiful, exclusive jewellery from charms to necklaces, rings and earrings to rings and collectables.

Pandora will be next to Waterstones in the old unit of women’s fashion store Roman – which moved to a larger unit opposite and re-opened on Saturday.

Riverside Shopping Centre manager David Robinson said: “We are delighted to have another fashion retail offering at the centre.

“There is already so much variety and this speciality jewellery store will fit in perfectly with our other top brands.”

The new Pandora store will be looking to employ about 10 people. A sign posted nearby is advertising vacancies for a store manager, full/part-time sales ambassador and an assistant manager.

It says: “This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join our Pandora store here in Hemel Hempstead.

“The successful applicants will be expected to gain proficient knowledge of our products and demonstrate them in the ‘Pandora Way’. Please email your application alongside your CV and current photo to peter@vankloof.com”

Last year a pasty shop and outdoor clothing store Millets moved into Hemel Hempstead town centre and fashion chain H&M opened in Riverside’s old HMV shop unit.
