TROOPS will march through Hemel Hempstead to mark Remembrance Day alongside veterans from the town.
Raf Halton will be exercising its right to Freedom of the Borough, which was granted to the military base in 2009.
On Sunday, at 9.40am, the parade will start in the Old High Street car park and proceed along the High Street, led by a pipe and drum band, to St Mary’s Square.
There will be an address from the Mayor of Dacorum and RAF Halton’s station commander before the parade continues.
It will pass the Civic Centre in Marlowes and continue to Bridge Street where it will come to a halt.
Troops will then form with veterans at the Marlowes bandstand and continue the parade to the war memorial at St John’s Church in Boxmoor.
