We take to the streets of Hemel for this week’s question.
The main thing for me is family. I do spend time with my family but it is important at Christmas – I always see my kids.
Matt Peppiatt, Boxmoor:
Watching Home Alone, definitely – it’s the best thing about Christmas. Along with eating lots of food and chocolates, especially Quality Street.
Alan Britton, near Maylands:
It always comes around too early, I’m not into it really. I tend to drift a bit and go wherever my family tells me to!
Virginia Kennington, Leverstock Green:
It gets earlier and earlier every year – you can already hear Christmas music in the shops. On the day I am very traditional, turkey and a nice bottle of wine.
Wayne Gardner, Gadebridge:
I like watching my daughter opening her presents. She’s five, so the last couple of years are the first she has recognised what Christmas is. That’s always the most exciting thing for me.
