Gadebridge cruise to two emphatic wins

There was no stopping Gadebridge Badminton Club this week as they picked up consecutive 9-0 victories.

The mixed 1 team were in action against Harpenden Racqueteers, and Liz Bateman, Grant Hall, Tom Hall, Carol Johnston, Lesley Godfrey and Richard Billing all played their part in the whitewash.

Not to be outdone, the Mixed 2 team were also in imperious form against Cheveralls.

It was a top display from Steve Dibben, Lilly Cayless, Gerald Hanson, Julia Hanson, Gary Watkinson and Wendy Gillingham, who brushed their opponents aside to claim the 9-0 win.
