Dacorum and Tring AC multi-eventer Laurette Wenborn won the silver medal in the South of England combined events at Bedford.
Her new overall points total of 2,894 was an improvement of 144 points on her previous best and should rank her in the top-10 in the country for U15 athletes.
Laurette recorded PBs in high jump (1.59m), long jump (4.84m), shot (8.25m) and 800m (2.36.3s).
Two other Dacorum girls also competed in the event – Nikki Greaves enjoyed a very successful day, adding 323 points to her PB total and finishing with 2,630 points, in seventh place.
Nikki had PBs in high jump (1.53m), long jump (4.55m), shot (7.99m) and 800m (2.41.8s).
Talia Morton–Kemsley, a year younger than the other two girls, rounded off a creditable performance in only her second pentathlon, with a new PB points total of 2,344 and a shot best of 7.38m.
Elsewhere, Jan Strachan completed Challenge Roth -–an Ironman-length triathlon in Germany – crossing the line in a brilliant 15h 01m, in her first ever attempt at the distance.
Andrew Cracknell finished 38th overall in the Marlow Half Ironman, in a time of 4:44:20, good enough for 11th in the M30-34 category.
Jamie Marlow ran the Wycombe Half Marathon, taking it as a steady marathon training run but finishing 17th overall out of 597 runners in a time of 1:27:27.
Meanwhile, Simon Walker and his Human Spider team placed 16th out of 41 teams in the novice men’s race at the Chilterns leg of Questars.
The race, part of the Questars Adventure Race Series, involves trail running, mountain biking and an optional kayaking stage, and Simon’s team finished in a time of 4:59:44.
