With the Leverstock Green Ladies’ first team seeing their game fall victim to a frozen pitch, the U18 side took centre stage with a thumping win over Berko Raiders.

Player of the match Leigh Burrows led the way with five goals, while Anna Novelli and Cally Salter both bagged hat-tricks, and Pru Squires-Adams (2) and Frankie Novelli completed the rout.

Salter opened the scoring after less than a minute, and further goals from Squires-Adams, Burrows (2) and Frankie Novelli made it 5-0 at half-time.

Levy upped the tempo after the break and a quick brace from Anna Novelli extended the lead to seven.

Despite their commanding lead, there was no let-up from the Green girls, and they added seven more goals to seal the convincing win.
